The abacus is looked on by many as a mathematical tool only meant for the teachings of counting and solving everyday mathematical calculations.

For decades, the abacus has been a downplayed tool only meant for mathematics but it has found its way to being a tool that has helped and assisted in the training and development of the human brain in all ages.

Interactive toys, on the other hand, are toys that children are able to interact with, be it building blocks, puzzles, or toy figures that are able to speak and talk back to your child in which teaches them new phrases.

These interactive toys encourage your child’s cognitive development starting from a very young age.

Educational toys bring confidence in young children as they encourage your child when they do a task correctly and as a reward for their doing something right, they are given praise.

This form of support and praise from a toy is one that encourages them to constantly stay focused and work on their learnings to become greater.

The construction of the abacus was made to assist in the calculation of money for goods and services, but after decades of possibilities and new things coming into the light, the abacus has broken through a number of subjects, helping to develop, encourage and further educate the brain and individual all-around.

The abacus has impacted individuals by teaching them both basic and advanced mathematical skills.

From teaching how to count to both simple and advanced abacus addition, abacus subtraction, abacus multiplication, and abacus division, the abacus has been able to replace the calculator and further encourage children and learners alike to not rely on such objects.

By getting rid of the calculator, the abacus has also taught learners to better their focus and use mental math to overcome sums and equations.

This leads to a better understanding of numbers as well as strengthening the cortex of the brain all in the ability to be able to calculate mentally.

The abacus has also impacted children by helping them in their memory, imagination, and concentration.

With the visualization of the racks and beads on the abacus, one is strengthening their imagination as well as memory skills.

By imagining the abacus rack you are able to concentrate on the fundamentals of it and how the positioning of the beads as they glide across the rack.

Learning the abacus through online schools is just the same as learning in the traditional classroom setting.

The only difference is that in order to learn with an online school, you need a steady wifi connection with your personal computer, tablet, or smartphone present.

The program of learning online is structured in a multitude of ways, these include; a total of eight levels of which four are basic levels leaving the remaining four as being advanced.

In online learning, before payment, you have the option to pick between live learning or pre-prepared structured learning that includes recorded videos and worksheets ready in PDF form.

You are given a lesson a day to which no matter how well you understand the abacus prior to starting the online classes, you are meant to start at level one regardless.

If you have some sort of understanding and are confident enough, you are to practice a week before moving up to the next level.
